☕️ Our first session, ‘Looking After You, Mum’, is a specially-brought-to-you edition of Dear Sisters : Coffee Talk.
This session will shed light on perinatal mental health 🤱🏻, an often overlooked issue that affects up to 20% of women during pregnancy and/or within the first year after the birth of their child. Alongside our speakers, we will be discussing what perinatal mental health is, its signs and symptoms, and the range of support available to help overcome it.

☕ After a warm and loving talk about the mothers, we will then move forward to ‘Raising Our Young Minds’ – specially brought to you in this upcoming Mental Health Symposium 2021!
🚀 This second session will shift our focus towards the future generation; on how to empower our young minds psychospiritually in this challenging modern life, especially in a foreign land.

🎨 Our final session draws Mental Health Symposium 2021 to a close through a hands on, practical workshop that explores mindfulness through the arts.
In this session, we will look into how the simple act of putting pen to paper may help us become more present in where we are and gain better control of our thoughts and emotions.
