We aim to become a Leadership Hub producing individuals who nurture and improve others; are activists that benefit society; and are leaders in realizing the idea of a benevolent nation.
As Allah SWT said in Al-Quran
You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah . If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient.
We visualise an organisation that provides and supports in these aspects namely spiritual development, intellectual development, family and community, education and so forth in line with Islam as a mercy to mankind.
In order to spread the value of Islam, we use a moderate and peaceful approach namely by building Muslim individuals through a structured tarbiyah which in turn creates family and community institutions that meet the criteria set by the Qur’an and Sunnah. We believe this is part of the fundamental steps to uplift Islamic Sharia in Malaysia through the education, tarbiyah and dakwah process as well as using the proper channels and not by force.
Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.
We believe the development of a model Muslim individual who can lead positive change in society is through consistent and continuous training and development, ie tarbiah. We conduct weekly circles, seminars, retreats and outdoor activities in the hope that it improves our understanding of Islam, build on leadership values and cultivates teamwork.
It is not for a human [Prophet] that Allah should give him the Scripture and authority and prophethood and then he would say to the people, "Be servants to me rather than Allah ," but [instead, he would say], "Be pious scholars of the Lord because of what you have taught of the Scripture and because of what you have studied."
Even though we prioritise the welfare and wellbeing of Malaysian community in United Kingdom & Ireland, our charity arm extends beyond personal or members' needs. We hold true to this value which is based on the holy Quran:
And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.
In order to deliver the merciful message of Islam, it is essential to create organised welfare institutions that act as platform for the charity work. By Allah’s Grace we now have three separate institutions; ISRAA for the Palestinian cause, iCare for the wider community partly the current struggle of the Syrian people and Medical Initiative (MI) for the medical students and practitioners both in United Kingdom & Ireland.
